Welcome to MyPutra Information Technologies Pvt Limited

Thanks for using the services of MyPutra Information Technologies Pvt Ltd., [henceforth referred to as "MyPutra"]. By using our services you agree to the following terms. Our Privacy Policy is listed below.

1. Account Sign-up and Contact Information

Your account will be initialized only after we receive the payment from you and we and/or our payment partners have scrutinized your order for fraudulent.

Please provide us with a current and valid email address which is not @ the domain's you are signing up for. We need this e-mail address to contact you for any issues. In case you already have a domain name registered with MyPutra, make sure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name is correct and up-to-date. MyPutra is not responsible for a failed registration because of outdated contact information associated with the domain. To verify or change this information, please contact our sales team via email. We will terminate your account if you provide false contact information of any kind. It is important to provide government issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase of dedicated servers and other high risk transactions. Failure to meet these requirementswill prompt us to consider the order as fraudulent and deny the order.

We provide free transfer services for 30 days from your sign-up date. Transfers after the 30 day free period will be charged.To receive price quotes, please contact a member of the sales department with specific details.

Transfer of Domains

Our dedicated transfers department will help you move your site to us. Transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and therefore we cannot assure the possibility or specify the time required for completing an account transfer. Each of the hosting companies are configured in a unique manner, and some of the hosting platforms store data in an incompatible or proprietary format, thereby challenging the possibility to migrate some or all account information. In all cases we put our maximum effort, but in some cases we may not be able to assist you in a transfer of data from your previous host.

2. Content

The services rendered by MyPutra may only be used for legal purposes. The laws of the State of Florida, the State of Texas, the United States of America and the Government of India is applicable for the use of our services.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MyPutra from any claims resulting from the use of our services.

Never misuse our servicesforany copyright or trademark violations. This includes unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work but is not limited only to the above mentioned. Your account will be disabled immediately on the sale of any illegal/ counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder..Any account violating another's copyright will be immediately removed or access to the material disabled. Any account repeatedly violating copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting.

In case you find out that your copyright or trademark is being intruded, send your complaints with the required information to A list of required information may be found here. If the request is about a licensing issue, further documentation may be required.

Do not use a shared account as a backup or a storage device.The only exception is cPanel backup of the same account not older than 3 days (that too less than 250 MB). Never take backups of your backups.

Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared, Reseller and Dedicated servers include:

  • Topsites
  • Nulled, IRC Scripts/Bots
  • Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Pirated Software/Warez
  • Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
  • AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
  • IP Scanners
  • Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
  • Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
  • Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
  • File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
  • Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
  • Escrow/Bank Debentures
  • High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
  • Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
  • Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
  • Prime Banks Programs
  • Lottery Sites
  • Hateful/Racist/Harassment oriented sites
  • Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
  • Sites promoting illegal activities
  • Forums and/or websites that distribute or link to warez/pirated/illegal content
  • Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs
  • Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at &
  • Mailer Pro

MyPutra’ services, allequipment, networks and network devices are only for the use of authorized customers. MyPutra systems may be monitored for the following legal reasons:

  • Authorized use of the domain
  • Management of the system
  • Ensure protection against unauthorized access, and
  • Check security procedures, survivability, and operational security.

Information may be verified, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes during monitoring. Using the services of MyPutra systems also includes agreement to monitoring for these purposes.

Any account connecting to a third party network or system without prior authorization from the third party will be suspended. Third party networks or systems can be accessed only with the expressed written consent from the concerned. Myputra may at any point of time request documentation from account holders to prove authorized access to a third party network or system.

Myputra reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. We may remove any material from our servers with or without notice if we find the materialto be obscene, threatening, illegal, or violating our terms of service in any manner.

All abuse issues are dealt with troubleticket/email and will have a response within 24 hours. Your services will be suspended if you fail to respond to the email from our abuse department within 24 hours.

For doubts regarding the acceptability of your site or service, please contact us at and we will be happy to assist you. Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.

Resellers:We will suspend the site violating our terms and willbring it to your knowledge so you may terminate the account. We will further monitor your activity; more than one infraction of this type may result in the immediate termination of your account.

Direct customers: Your services will be terminated with or without notice.

Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency. It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and permissions of directories are set properly, regardless of installation method. When at all possible, set permissions on most directories to 755 or as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes the compromise of credentials such as user name and password. It is required that you use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password. Audits may be done to prevent weak passwords from being used. If an audit is performed, and your password is found to be weak, we will notify you and allow time for you to change/update your password.

3. Spam Policy

Sending unsolicited email, bulk email, spam (including Safe lists and purchased lists) are strictly prohibited. Account of any user will be terminated if we find them sending spam with or without notification.

Sites that are advertised using SPAM (Spamvertised) and organization or entity included in the ROKSO should not be hosted on our servers. But this is not applicable to SPAM sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or usenet/newsgroups. Any account responsible for blacklisting our IP space will result in immediate suspension and/or dismiss.

MyPutra have the full authority to modify or disable any web site, account, database or any other components that are against our policies or implement such modifications for any emergency cause.

MyPutra deserve the right to charge a clean-up fee to the account holder who was responsible for sending unsolicited email or removal of blacklist caused by them. The clean-up fee charge will be decided by MyPutra only.

4. Payment Information

For the services received from MyPutra you agree to supply appropriate payment in advance during which such services are provided. Until and unless you notify MyPutra of your desire to cancel any or all services received, you agree that those services can be billed on a recurring basis. Suspended accounts are also included in this. Invoices will not be automatically generated for those invoices paid outside of the 10 day grace period. But, if the customer wishes to resume services and informs MyPutra about the same, then invoices will be generated manually but payment will be expected for the time the account was suspended.

All cancellations must be in writing through the cancellation form provided. On receipt of your cancellation and confirmation of all the necessary information with you through e-mail, we will notify you in writing (through email) that your account has been cancelled. For your reference and for verification purposes cancellation confirmation will contain a ticket/tracking number in the subject. You must also receive an automatic "Your request has been received..." email with a tracking number. One of our employees will confirm the request (and process your cancellation) in a short while. Call us immediately in case you do not hear back from us or you do not receive the automatic confirmation email within a few minutes after submitting your cancellation. It is required that all cancellation of services are done online for (a) confirmation of your identity, (b) confirmation in writing that you are prepared for removal of all files/emails and (c) for documentation of the request. By doing this there is reduced likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and ensures that you are aware that the files, emails, and account may be removed immediately after a cancellation request is processed.

All MyPutra client have the responsibility to ensure that the payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. Until and unless you notify MyPutra of your desire to cancel any or all services received (as listed in the appropriate section of the Terms of Service), you agree that those services will be billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated in writing by MyPutra. MyPutra holds the right to bill your credit card or billing information on file with us. A 10 day grace period is provided from the time the invoice is generated to when the payment is to be made. Invoices that are outstanding for 10 days without any payment will result in a $10 late fee and/or an account suspension until account balance is paid in full. The late fee of $10 is applicable in addition to any other amount owed to MyPutra for the services rendered. Also, the account cannot be accessed until payment is received.

After paying for a domain renewal it is the responsibility of the customers to inform our sales team by sending an e-mail to Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the email is received and acted upon. As a courtesy reminder we send domain renewal notices and invoices to our customers. MyPutra can never be held liable for failure to renew a domain or failure to notify a customer about a domain's renewal.

Invoices paid more than once with multiple Paypal Subscriptions can only be added as credit towards the account and it cannot be expected to be refunded via Paypal. For all assistance with this provision, please contact

At any point in time MyPutra holds the right to modify the monthly payment amount and any other charges.

5. Backup Service and Loss of Data

Backup service is provided only as consent and MyPutra will not be responsible for loss/reside of data and/or files. You are completely responsible for transferring files and data and to have a backup of all files and data that are stored on the servers of MyPutra. Backup service may not be given for suspended/terminated accounts unless a written statement is given by MyPutra.

6. Account Terminations and Money Pay Backs

MyPutra deserve the right to suspend or dismiss accounts with or without notification. Abusement of our company or faculty in any form will lead to dismiss of your service.

Customers are allowed to cancel the service using cancellation form. MyPutra guarantee 14 day money back for customers who made first invoice payment using credit card or Paypal for managed shared hosting and reseller services without any conditions.

The payments that were made using following listed methods are non-refundable and they will be credited to the hosting account.

  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Western Union Payments
  • Checks
  • Money orders

There is no money pay back for VPS, dedicated servers, administrative fees, custom software installation fees, or domain name registration. Requesting for refunds after 14 days of your service activation will not be appreciated.

Only the accounts that are signed for first time are subjected for refunds. That is accounts reactivated again by our old customers after cancellation or second account opened by our existing customers are not desirable for refunds.

Terms of service violations will result in refrain of refund policy.

7. Resource Usage Limit

The limitations are:

  • System resource usage exceeding 25% for more than 90 seconds. Activities like CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP,etc. will lead to such issues.
  • It is not possible for the standalone and un-attended server-side processes to be in operation on the server at any time. Examples are daemons like IRCD.
  • Any type of web spiders or indexers (including Google Cash / AdSpy) in operation on shared servers.
  • Installing softwares that have interaction with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
  • Running or storing any bit torrent application, tracker, or client on our shared server. Linking to any legal torrents is allowed only off site.
  • Taking part in any processes like file sharing/peer-to-peer.
  • Operating any type of gaming servers like counter- strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc.
  • Operating cron entries before completion of 15 minute interval.
  • Including URL instead of including a local file with PHP include functions. That is user can use "include.php" rather than “”.

7(b). INODES Limit

Usage of 50,000 or more inodes on any shared account will result in warning first and continuous usage after warning result in suspension. Accounts detected to use more than 30,000 inodes will be deleted from our back up system automatically for preventing over usage. Each and every filelike a web page, image, email etc. on the account utilizes 1 inode. Sites with slight inode limit exceed are to be suspended improbably. But accounts that regularly create/delete many files, include hundreds of thousands of files or damage file system will be subjected to review and/or suspension. The main reason for over usage of inodes is the catchall address left enabled but not checking the inbox of primary email account. This will result in spam of hundreds of thousands of messages leading to over utilization of inodes. You can disable default catchall address by

  • Sign in to cPanel
  • Select “Mail”->”Default Address”-> "Set Default Address"
  • Type “in: :fail: No such user here”

7(c). Back UpSpaceLimit

Any shared account utilizing disk space of 5 gigs or more will be deleted from our offsite weekly back up; however Databases will be backed up. A secondary drive will have a similar copy of all data to prevent data loss during drive failure.

8. Bandwidth Limit

The bandwidth usage limit will be allocated every month and it depends on the hosting package you have chosen. Accounts exceeding the allocated limit will be suspended till next allocation, suspended till additional fee is paid for extra bandwidth usage, suspended till upgrading to higher level of hosting package, dismissed and/or charged additional fee for over usage. Unused allocated bandwidth of one month cannot be utilized in next month.

9(a). Refunds

Full money back assurance is not applicable for dedicated servers and collocation. The 14 day refund does not apply. MyPutra deserve the right to give back prorated refund amount or decline the full refund amount.

Every shared and resellers servers of MyPutra comes with 14 day money back assurance without any conditions. On unsatisfaction of our service within first 14 days of your service activation, full contract amount refund is guaranteed. But this is applied only for monthly shared or resellers packages; not for dedicated servers, administrative fees, custom softwares installation fees, or domain name registration. New orders or new packages will not be activated until you clear your outstanding bill amount with MyPutra. New order set up or new package activation will be done only when you have $0.00 balance.

9(b). Uptime Assurance

You may get a credit of one month on your account if your shared/reseller server has downtime that is out of 99.9% uptime. MyPutra have right to approve or decline any credit request based on the justification provided. Reports from any third party monitoring service may not be considered as justification for many reasons like network capacity/transit availability of the monitor. The server uptime is the uptime reported by operating system and the Apache Web Server which may vary from other service uptime reports. You can send a request mail to with your justification to get credits. All the requests must be sent through email in written form. Uptime assurance is applied only for shared/reseller servers. Dedicated servers are provided with a networkguarantee for which the credit amount is calculated based on the period of time the server is down. This is different from uptime assurance.

10. Reseller: Responsible For TheirClients

Only resellers should take the responsibility of assisting their clients. MyPutra is not responsible for our reseller’s client’s support. We deserve the right to keep our reseller’s client’s account on hold if they contact us till the reseller take up the responsibility of their clients. Only resellers should request for support on behalf of their clients for security reasons. Only reseller should hold the responsibility for all data stored or transmitted using their reseller account and all actions of their clients. MyPutra will consider any reseller as responsible for any of their client’s illegal actions or violation of terms of service.

11. Shared (non-reseller accounts) / Semi dedicated Servers

Shared accounts should not be used for host reselling purposes. You may use reseller account to resell to other individuals. Semi dedicated servers will not be provided with back up service. Users should have their own back up.

12. Dedicated Servers

MyPutra deserves the full right to reset the password on a dedicated server if it is found to be not current on the file. Only clients should make sure that the file of their dedicated server includes only valid email address and current root password to avoid downtime of their servers due to forced password reset. We deserve the right to audit servers at any time and take authoritative actions on behalf of our data center request. We do not provide any back up service for dedicated servers and only the clients are responsible for having their own backups. We provide additional hard drive for cost to maintain backups. You may mail us at for purchasing a secondary hard drive.

13. Changes To Price/Resource Amount

The bill amount for your hosting will not be increased from the date of purchase. The price amount listed on and the amount of resources provided with the plans are subjected to changes at any point of time.

14. Discount Coupons and Coupon Codes

Discounts and coupon codes are applied only for first time accounts/customers and is not applicable for domain purchase unless it is mentioned. You may not be allowed to resign up for a domain with another coupon if you have already signed up using that domain at later date. Any account found to be violating our terms will result in review by our sales department and in appropriate invoice addition to the account. Misusage of coupons will result in immediate suspension/dismiss of the account.

15(a). Indemnification

Customers accepts to save and indemnify MyPutra from all losses, liabilities, claims, costs and demands including attorney's fees charged against MyPutra, its agents, customers and employees resulting from the services rendered or accepted to be performed by the customer or because of sale of any products by customers, employees or agents of customers.

By accepting this terms of services, customers accept to indemnify and hold MyPutra free and harmless against the following:

  • Injury to personnel and/or property resulting from the sales or distribution of products in connection to MyPutra
  • Supply of materials by the customers that infringes the proprietary rights of the third party
  • Any copyright infringement
  • Sale of defective products to customers from MyPutra servers

15(b). Arbitration

By using the service of MyPutra, you accept to bind to arbitration. An arbitrator of MyPutra’s choice will handle all disputes and claims arising against MyPutra. Arbitrators are selected in the state of Texas from American Arbitration Association or the National Arbitration Forum.

Arbitrators are attorneys or retired judges and are chosen based on applicable rules. The decision taken by the arbitrator is treated as binding and final on all the parties. All arbitrations are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and not by any arbitration law. As a customer, you are liable for all costs related to such arbitration.

16. Disclaimer

MyPutra will not hold the responsibility for any damages caused to your business. We do not provide warranties for our services in any kind. MyPutra may disclaim any warranty or merchantability for any appropriate reasons including data loss due to delays, wrong/no deliveries, and any/all service interruptions done by MyPutra and its workers.

17. Information Disclosure To Law Enforcement

MyPutra may share the information of any subscriber with law enforcement agencies without any notification/knowledge of the subscriber on behalf of legal notices from those agencies. We will give our complete cooperation to law enforcement agencies.

18. TOSRevision

MyPutra have full authority to revise its policies at any point of time without any notification.
